You know when people say "dance like no one is watching." Booker does just that. Please, please, please child... don't grow up and think that wearing a super thick dragon costume and dancing like Napoleon Dynamite at the school dance is uncool. Just don't do it.
Booker took home the prize for Cutest Costume in his age group. He used his $10 Walmart gift card along with some money he had saved up to buy himself a skateboard.
