Petting Zoo with Hannah

There's nothing cooler than a petting zoo that arrives out of no where in the mall parking lot. Well, there is one thing cooler. Going to said petting zoo with our Aunt Cousin Hannah who is visiting from Berkeley. We discovered two things: 1) There is a creature that drools more than Ike and it's a bold-faced camel and 2) Hannah really like Alpacas, especially ones that resemble poodles. More photos here. 

Our Newest Cousin

Meet our newest cousin, Delaney Lindsay Wernli or Laney for short. Lexi and Laney are going to teach Booker and Teichert all about princesses, starting with Belle. 

Bridal Veil Falls

We're spending spring break in Utah and things have been busy! Between visiting friends and family and skiing, we squeezed in a walk around Bridal Veil Falls. It was a bee-you-tee-ful day. To see more of the Booker vs. Ayae/David snowball fight, watch the slideshow below. 

Letter B Party

For playgroup this week, we had a "B" themed party. We had a picnic where everyone's teddy bears feasted on berries, bananas, and brownies. There were bubbles, balls and of course, good buddies. Thank you Jennifer for organizing such fun playdates. 

Idle Hands are the Devil's Tools

 A brand new bottle of baby powder will turn your room into a magical snowy paradise and make quiet time much more interesting. The shoes got it the worst but because the overhead fan was on full blast, everything got a nice, light dusting. It was hard to stay mad at him because he was so excited about cleaning up.

First Pool Day of the Season

The water was freezing but Booker insisted on staying for two hours. Mom finally insisted on leaving when another swimmer showed up and Booker ran up to him and announced, "I have nipples, Grandpa. You have nipples too." 

The pool is a great place to discover your nipples.
